Keep VICIdial as-is
No changes to your dialer, scripts, or agent workflow — only the carrier underneath changes.
Your dialer isn't the problem — the carrier behind it usually is. If VICIdial calls show as spam or answer rates are sliding, QVD can fix the delivery side.

Route calls through a carrier that signs with A-Level STIR/SHAKEN attestation instead of a downgraded token.
Bring your existing numbers over without disrupting live campaigns already in flight.
Or hand us the whole stack — we host, manage, and deliver the calls ourselves.

VICIdial's predictive-dialing mode is powerful, but the same autodialing capability that makes it efficient is what draws the most regulatory scrutiny under the TCPA — abandoned-call rate limits, required disclosures on connected calls, and consent requirements that vary by number type. Those settings live in your VICIdial configuration and your compliance process, not in the carrier connection, and QVD doesn't manage or audit your dialer settings.
What we see constantly is teams who've tuned VICIdial correctly on the compliance side but are still losing connect rate, because the carrier underneath isn't authenticating the calls or is routing through an aggregator that strips attestation. That's a delivery problem, not a dialer-configuration problem, and it's the specific gap SHAKEN-authorized routing closes — without touching a single VICIdial setting your compliance team already signed off on. It's worth separating the two problems clearly before troubleshooting: if abandonment rate or consent handling is off, that's a VICIdial configuration fix; if answer rate is sliding while those settings look correct, that's almost always the carrier path underneath — and it's usually the second thing worth checking, not the first, once the dialer settings have already been ruled out.
It's not VICIdial itself — it's the predictive-dialing pattern common on it: short call durations, high volume per number, and abandoned calls when no agent is available. Those patterns are exactly what spam-analytics engines are tuned to catch, and they get worse when the carrier underneath isn't authenticating the calls.
Usually just a trunk and carrier setting change, not a rebuild. Your campaigns, scripts, agent logins, and dialing rules stay exactly as configured — only the termination carrier changes.
Yes. We file remediation directly with the carriers and analytics providers that control the label, and pair it with A-Level attestation going forward so the number doesn't drift back into a spam bucket under the same dialing pattern.
Not inherently — the risk comes from the carrier connection, not who manages the server. A self-hosted install routed through a SHAKEN-authorized carrier performs the same as a managed one; the gap shows up when self-hosted setups route through cheap, unauthenticated termination to save cost.
That's a separate decision from the carrier problem this page addresses. Fixing delivery and reputation on your current VICIdial setup doesn't lock you into it — if you later move to a different dialer, the same authenticated carrier relationship carries over.
